odd nosdam & matthewdavid - Swedish Fish
Leaving Records' latest is a split from the label's mainman Matthewdavid and Anticon CEO, Odd Nosdam. The results were originally ushered out on a small run of cassettes, with Odd's side featuring a live performance from a bygone time; nearly 20 minutes of blurred loop reps recorded at San Francisco's Swedish American Hall, while Matthewdavid's is a lusher cosmic whirl with a much finer, more immersive grasp of depth perception, all conducted in his bedroom studio. These are actually some his lushest and most intimate productions to date.
