SCB (Scuba) and Peverelist rework Emptyset's halfstep-techno number 'Altogether Lost' featuring UR hype-man, Cornelius Harris. In tunnel-vision Techno mode, SCB gives a streamlined yet relentlessly aerobic overhaul driven by Marcel Fengler-like corrugated synths and a deadly intent. By sharp contrast, Peverelist's version is more strung-out, with cotton-headed synths sustaining a more dreamy quality while his restlessly rolling and deft drum programming gives an inimitably delayed gratification that works wonders when mixed with the right stuff, or quite equally on its own.
