cardopusher - Coppertoned Punch EP
Cardopusher in Techy Rave-House mode on Shockout, backed up by remixes from Ghosts On Tape, Emmerson and Badxman. The fusion of heat-seeking Techno stabs and bristling Latin-Funky drums on 'Coppertoned Punch' strongly remind of Roska's killer 'Predator Mode' remix and that can't be a bad thing. 'Damelo' on the other hand, dabbles with Dutch Bubblin' syncopation in wicked fashion. On the remix tip G.O.T go all Joy Orbison-meets-Kevin Saunderson on 'Coppertoned Punch' while Emmerson gives a streamlined soca refit of 'Yr Fifteen Minutes Are Up' and the galloping rhythms of Badxman's 'Antisharkz' sounds like Len Faki gone mental.
