Another Black Victory classic pulled up by the Honest Jon's/Mark Ernestus-curated Dug Out label! The young stylishly individual Nitty Gritty rides riddims produced by a dreamteam of Studio One and Bullwackies players in 1985. The production is semi-digital, featuring some tearing machine rhythms offset with deft Piano Organ, Guitar, Sax and Trumpet, all underpinned by Bagga's bass. The original is super-rare so this reissue should be considered quite essential.
