Completing the full set of 'Modeselektion Vol.1' with Grade A tracks from Apparat, Tadd Mullinx (Dabrye) & Daniel Meteo, Mala, Ikonika & Optimum, Siriusmo, Housemeister, Feadz and Cylob. Somehow when checking the CD this reviewer was totally oblivious to the Apparat track - but he isn't now. 'King Of Clubs' is a huge highlight of the 1st volume, making a respectful nod to Burial but in a very elegant Berlin fashion, check the sample and you'll get to know. Meanwhile, Tadd Mullinx & Daniel Meteo rekindle a longstanding relationship with the bandy dub strut of 'The Good Star' and Siriusmo offers one of his cheekiest hiphop cuts on 'Das Geheimnis' and Cylob's 'Pepper Spray (Capsicum Edit)' is as unhinged as anything we've heard from him. Look no further for the sharpest dancefloor sounds of 2010.
