reggie dokes - Untill Tomorrow
Luxurious Detroit house music from the Clone records camp. 'Until Tomorrow' follows Reggie's Loft Supreme drop and tracks for Prime Numbers and Philpot with three further cuts of uniquely programmed rhythms and layers of lush strings and keys. The title track is packed with play-out potential, arranging elaborate jack patterns to hold sweeping emotive strings and and jazz-inspired keys sure to make an real impact in the dance. On the flipside 'Yellow Toe' aims for a slightly more abstracted Afro feel in typical Reggie fashion and 'The Beginnings Of Ra' makes an idiosyncratic jazz house statement. Real good stuff.
