The third "Coldest Season" features two of the longest tracks in the series - clocking in at well over 10 minutes each. On the A-Side "Elysian" follows on from the dub reductions of part two's mighty "Empyrean", returning to the dense Maurizio variations most often associated with the Deepchord sound. It's a grinding low-end beast in slow motion, the arrangement of shuddering bassline and twilight keys once again lending proceedings a menacing yet somehow ethereal quality that will no doubt lodge itself into your record box somewhere between M4 and Domina - It's just THAT good. "Sunset" on the flipside switches emphasis with an emotionally complex arrangement that utilises a sparse, neon melody to fill in the void left by supremely minimal production.
