Finders Keepers' entrust the inestimable digger Egon of Now Again Records and Stones Throw to pick out ten peaches for the ninth Make Do And Mend compilation. There's no exclusives or bonus tracks, just ten expertly selected moments from the FK catalogue. He kicks off with the enveloping French psyche-rock of Gong-affiliated Ame Son and 'Je Veux Justre Dire', before travelling far and wide with Zia's funky Iranian treat 'Helelyos', a Thai psych ballad from Kor Hua Jai Bee Kuen, Selda's arresting 'Ince Ince', Usha Khanna's floral Bollywood cinema-soul ace 'Jeena Hai To Jee Bhar Hanslo' and, understandably, yet another blinder from the 'Pomegranates' compilation, namely Mohammad Nouri's 'Biya Bar-e Safar Bandim. Also includes on-point picks from The Science Fiction Corporation, Jean Claude Vannier, and Voice Of The Seven Woods.
