*SPECIAL 2CD EDITION WITH 10 EXTRA TRACKS* The astronomic rise of Dizzee Rascal in the last 18 months can largely be put down to a combination of two factors; a resolute streetwise character, and his very fruitful relationship with Calvin Harris. His fourth album 'Tongue 'n Cheek' cements this success with his poppiest effort to date, continuing an upward thrust into the international public consciousness with the aforementioned pop tracks interspersed with grimier cuts more reminiscent of his previous work. 'Road Rage' invites US producer Aaron Lacrate to provide a wicked B-More riddim, while 'Freaky Freaky' clocks up a cool quickslow R'n'B cut, 'Can't Tek No More' steps up with a badass 4/4 stepper, and 'Dirtee Cash' versions Stevie V's friday night house cut of the same name with immense results. Our personal fave has to be the hyper-fwd riddim on the Footsie and Cage produced 'Leisure', while the Tiesto produced 'Bad Behaviour' is a no-brainer that's sure to flip a few heads and opinions. This is without a doubt one of the most enjoyable pop albums you'll come across this year and comes with our unreserved recommendations. Ace.
