Movement crew leader Scorcher drops his debut album proper with 'Concrete Jungle' featuring crew members Wretch32 and Mercston alongside guest spots from Wiley and J2K with production from some of the Grime scenes finest. Making a cinematic entrance, Target sets up the dramatic Jan Hammer style synthlines for 'Dark Knight', Wiley delivers a stone cold slab of minimalism for 'Standing On The Chairs' and the snappin-fresh 'I Know', while Scorcher brings the trancey ebullience on 'We Don't Care' and Rapid's beat stands out a mile on the fierce 'We Don't Care' followed by more mature R'n'G styles on the deeper 'Turbulence'. All in all, it's a well polished and cinematic set with a focussed narrative.
