Devon Folklore Tapes Vol. 1 - Two Witches (Regular Edition)

*Regular edition, housed in a stamped envelope* Devon Folklore Tapes is a truly unique research and musical publication series covering and soundtracking the folklore of the South West County of Devon, exploring mysteries, myths and strange phenomena of the old county. Each new volume will see two researchers both delving into a particular area of folklore. Witchcraft, Sea Monsters, The Devil, Lights in the sky and Pixies are just a handful of areas that will be covered with the help of old folklorists such as Sabine Baring-Gould and Theo Brown and the dusty corners of library vaults across the country. The project will eventually take in all the counties of England creating a musical bridge between times, saving and preserving old folklore from obscurity by presenting them with their own contemporary soundtrack. Each researcher brings his or her own unique musical interpretation on a theme.
